At Flowely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your flower bouquet, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Period: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your bouquet and request a refund.

Return Conditions:
- The bouquet must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Flowers must not be wilted or damaged.
- Return must be initiated within the 14-day return period.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned bouquet and it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
